What is the best way to reach Barkin’ Biscuit, LLC.?

What are your shipping methods?

For your convenience we ship by UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and are based on the weight of the product and the destination of your package. Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. We strive to bake and deliver ASAP. Most retail orders are shipped within 72 hours. Wholesale orders within 14 business days.

How long does shipping take?

USPS Priority Mail generally takes 2 to 5 days depending on your location. UPS is a little faster taking 1-3 days. If you live in New Hampshire or in a surrounding state you should receive your UPS package the next day after being shipped.*Please keep in mind that the usual time for processing is 72 hours before being shipped. For express shipping give us a call and we’ll be happy to rush your order. Additional charges apply.

What is your return and exchange Policy?

It is very important to us that you and your pooch are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied we will exchange your product hassle free. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please contact us via e-mail at info@barkinbiscuit.com. We will ship your replacement within 14 business days.

Please note: Shipping charges are non refundable on returned items. On exchanges we do not refund shipping; however, we do not charge shipping on your replacement items. Unfortunately we can not be responsible for your shipping costs to return an item.

Do you charge sales tax?

No! New Hampshire is tax free.

Do you ship outside the USA?

At this time we do not ship internationally.

What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Our checkout is secure (SSL). To pay by check or by phone, please contact us directly and we will send you an invoice via e-mail. If you are paying by check, we will wait for it to clear before shipping your order. If we deliver and accept a check and your check is returned for NSF, you will incur a $25.00 fee, in addition to the cost of your order to cover bank fees we’re required to pay for the returned check. Effective 4/18/11, if your check is returned for non-sufficient funds, you expressly authorize your account to be electronically debited or bank drafted for the amount of the check plus any applicable fees. The use of a check for payment is your acknowledgement and acceptance of this policy and its terms and conditions.

Will you give out my information?

Absolutely not! Here at Barkin’ Biscuit we value your privacy and appreciate your trust. We will never give away, sell or make your information available to anyone.

We are open Monday – Friday 8am to 4:30pm, the best way to contact us is via e-mail as we check our e-mail often. You can also give us a ring at 603-471-0755. Please note we may not hear the phone ring with the bakery equipment operating so please leave us a message and we’ll call you back!

Why can Barkin’ Biscuit, LLC no longer sell to Vermont residents?

The Vermont Department of Agriculture is now requiring registration in their state
to all manufactures of pet feed who sell through a website. We are choosing not to
register with Vermont as we feel this is inequitable; we are a small business and
simply can’t afford unjustifiable expenses. We truly apologize and if you have any
question please contact us or your Department of Agriculture.

What is the shelf life of Barkin’ Biscuits?

For the freshest treats we recommend using within 12 months or store in the fridge to prolong the shelf life. Our 8.5oz bags have a zipper seal to help you keep them fresh, for our ‘gourmet’ treats please store in a air-tight container. We do not use any preservatives what-so-ever, our treats are completely natural; because of this you should take care not to expose Barkin’ Biscuits to extreme temperatures or moisture.

Do you offer wholesale?

Absolutely! Please send us an inquiry through our Contact Page or e-mail wholesale@barkinbiscuit.com. We will then send you a wholesale packet with all the information you will need.
